Greg Hovanesian’s plays have been produced and/or developed by Playwrights’ Platform, Boston Actors Theater, Image Theater, Hovey Players, UAE Theater Festival, Jacklyn Thrapp LLC, Generic Theater, Centastage, and Ya Bird? Productions. In 2016, his one-act play WATER was awarded Best Play at the Playwrights’ Platform’s 44th Annual Festival of New Works.   In June 2019 his play WILDERNESS will be produced by his company, Ya Bird? Productions, at The Players’ Ring Theatre in Portsmouth, NH.  He is President of Playwrights’ Platform, as well as Director of the Actors-In-Residence program.  He is also an actor, producer, and sometimes poet.  He loves listening to new plays and offering playwrights feedback on their work.
