Ray Arsenault is a psychologist by day and a playwright, director and producer by night (making for long but happy nights). In the ten years that he has been writing plays, Ray has had the good fortune to have his works produced from coast to coast. In 2009 his short work “No Parking” was published by Smith and Krauss.
